Common
reasons for not receiving order:
- May
be caught in Junk Mail folder or blocked

Payment not approved (only accept Visa, Mastercard)
Common reasons for problems opening file:

Email account may not be adequate to handle size of file
(if email account can not handle the compressed file, we
most likely can not send original file)
Due
to high fees charged by credit card companies for their services,
refunds will be considered on an individual basis. Refunds
due to oversight of customer may be reduced by amount to cover
fees incurred in transaction.
We
do not offer CD copies of these soundtracks. As always, we
will work with you for a full refund or replacement link when
possible.
If
the soundtrack is not listed, it is not available.
